As mentioned in the post below about the alarm, the HOA has replaced the access control system at the pool. Since there are so many old records in the database we will need to start fresh. You should have received a letter in the mail regarding the access. If you have already submitted the information to RealManage, then you do not need to do anything further. If you have not done, please click the link below to complete the audit form. You MUST have your access Fob with you to complete the form.
Please note that you will NOT have access to the pool area until the form is completed. If you need a replacement Fob please contact RealManage at 1-866-473-2573 after January 15th.
Recently it was necessary to replace the original access control panel. This original panel was installed at the time the pool was constructed, and badly needed to be replaced. With this replacement, a door alarm was installed. The alarm will trigger whenever the door is propped open for longer than 45 seconds. This will serve is a startling reminder to ensure that the pool door is closed firmly following entry. A notice in this regard will be placed at the entry way as a reminder that should the door be propped open beyond 45 seconds this alarm notice for closure will sound. Wednesday, January 10, 2018, the monthly meeting of the Creekview HOA Board of Directors will be held at 6:30 PM. Location is the pool common area.
The Creekview HOA Annual Meeting was conducted Wednesday evening, December 6, 2017. The results of the community voting was provided by Amber Hamilton, Community Association Manager for Real Manage. Jason Wolf was re-elected to serve a three(3) year term on the Board of Directors. Jason will remain as Vice-President. Many thanks to George McEntyre for standing for election. His engagement is greatly appreciated.
Additionally, the vote to amend Article 2.17 regarding basketball hoops failed to reach the necessary 67% threshold of affirming votes. Subsequently, the present language of Article 2.17 found in the DCCR (Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) will remain in effect. Enforcement of Article 2.17 will begin January 1, 2018 in conjunction with the implementation of the adopted fining policy.
All governing documents of Creekview Homeowners’ Association can be found at www.Realmanage.com. All residents are encouraged to review the DCCR to ensure that their property is in compliance with Articles found in the DCCR.
A quick reminder that this Wednesday, December 6, 2017 the end of the year Creekview HOA meeting will be conducted. Site for this meeting will be the Cedar Park Library large meeting room on Discovery across from the Cedar Park Police Department. Time of the meeting will be 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. At this time a review of the 2017 fiscal year budget will be provided, and also a review of the adopted 2018 fiscal year budget. Other items for discussion will be a review of all upgrades, repairs, and activities completed during this fiscal year. Items for consideration for upgrades and replacements will also be provided.
Additionally, the results of the voting for the open Board of Director position and the DCCR language change regarding portable basketball hoops will also be shared. If you are a resident and community member in good standing with Creekview Home Owners Association you are encouraged to attend. If you have not voted on the two items mentioned above, opportunity will be provided at the meeting do so. Voting that was made available electronically has concluded as of Sunday, December 3, 2017. Proxy ballots were mailed to each homeowner, and should have been mailed back to Real Manage. If you have not done so already, you may bring these ballots to the annual meeting this Wednesday.

Very shortly, Creekview HOA residents will receive a correspondence from our property manager, Real Manage. This correspondence will include a FOB Access Control Audit registration form which should be filled out as soon as possible and returned no later than January 15, 2018 to Real Manage. The Creekview Board of Directors have determined that at this time there exists a significant number of pool door entry fobs that remain active, but are no longer in possession of current residents and Creekview HOA members. Needless to say, this raises concern relative to the safety and security of the entire community and this facility.
To ensure that an accurate accounting and identification of door entry fobs remain in possession of Creekview residents only, this important and comprehensive fob audit is being conducted.
All residents in possession of one or more fobs are asked to complete the FOB Access Control Audit form and mail to Real Manage to the attention of our Community Association Manager, Amber Hamilton. Failure to complete this registration audit will result in your fob(s) being deactivated, and may result in a financial penalty to reactivate them. Failure to complete this registration audit will also delay a resident’s access to the pool and common area once this facility opens for the season on April 1, 2018.
