Creekview Community Voting

Beginning November 3, 2017 and ending December 3, 2017, a Creekview Community vote is being conducted. There are two items being addressed. The first is to fill one of the three board positions. There are two candidates; Mr. Jason Wolf, who is presently serving as Vice-President and Mr. George McEntyre.
The second item requiring the community attention is a proposed change to the DCCR Language for Article 2.17 concerning basketball hoops. The Board of Directors is endorsing the change in language. As per Creekview Community By-Laws, 67% of the homeowners in the community must vote in affirmation in order to change any DCCR article. With a total of 249 homes, 67% of the home owning votes must reach 164 yes votes for an article to be amended or changed. Presently, less than 27% of total households have voted. With just over 2 weeks remaining in the voting period, you are encouraged to cast your vote on these two items. If you are a homeowner and did not receive the electronic ballot, perhaps you are not registered with Real Manage and CiraNet. Regardless, every homeowner should have received by USPS a packet from Real Manage with a proxy ballot by which you can cast your votes.
If you are a homeowner and did not receive this mailing with proxy document from Real Manage, please contact the board via email at: We shall ensure that you receive this as soon as possible.
If you are not a homeowner, but have this portable basketball equipment, you are encouraged to contact your property owner to determine if they received these documents. If they have not, contact the board at our email address to ensure that this is made available to your property owner. If they have, encourage that they take the time to cast their vote before December 3, 2017.
Results of the voting will be made available at the end of the year meeting for Creekview HOA being held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at the Cedar Park Library. Time of the meeting is 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Along with the results of the voting a business review will be presented regarding the state of the community with a review of 2017 activities and finances and review of the proposed 2018 budget.
